Arrington Woods Feasibility Study
Mature communities do not often get an opportunity to benefit from meaningful new development activity. A remnant parcel from a past land use provided a chance for new residential lots in a community desiring renewed energy. A combination of small lot single-family residential and townhomes was used to evaluate a character appropriate and market supportable development in the core of this eager community. Zoning and regulatory changes were supported by the community to assist in making the vision and economics of the project a reality for both the City and the developer.
