Kimball Hill Homes continually strived to deliver projects unique to their setting. Redevelopment of a 107 acre industrial property into a context sensitive, mixed-use, TOD enclave in Orland Park, was no exception. A diverse collection of products ranging from small lot single family to multifamily mid-rise condos made this development special.
