Culligan Campus Redevelopment

 
An obsolete office and distribution facility at a prime location and in a desirable community was an attractive opportunity for significant redevelopment. Maximizing the visibility and accessibility of the site lent itself to a mixed-use development configuration. Hotel, retail, and townhome residential uses were evaluated for the site in a configuration that linked each as a unified whole. Adaptive reuse of a portion of the original facility met sustainability goals of the client and Village. The design plan fit well into the regulatory framework of the Village while at the same time seamlessly blending into the density and character of the surrounding neighborhoods.
