When business and industry are the life-blood of your community, you make sure that it is healthy in every way possible.   To ensure the health and vitality of the Elk Grove Business Park, the Village commissioned a comprehensive update of its 10 year master plan.  With a focus on emerging market identification, stormwater mitigation, opportunity site redevelopment strategies, and “branding” evolution, the plan has set the stage for financial resource allocation and capital improvements to address the most critical challenges facing large, multi-industry, business parks within urban environments.
